I have used your company for the past several years and have been extremely pleased! The first time, I couldn’t believe how well the house looked . . . you got 100% of the mold and yuck off our house! My husband restores antique cars and from that, our driveway gets quite a bit of staining . . . you made it look brand new, as well as our garage door! I have been so pleased that I recommended you to my next door neighbor. You did a fantastic job on her house as well and she was very pleased with the end result and will use your services again as well. I contacted them after being given a run around by another “pressure washer” who in fact only did this as side work. I had given this gentleman a time window and he was unable to meet it (although he assured me he could) and did NOT return my phone calls. Jimmy, HOWEVER, was immediate in his responses. He prepared an estimate before any work was done; on time and as he stated that he would. He then scheduled with me and performed a marvelous job. I first contacted Jimmy in the beginning of the summer to get an estimate and he immediately drove over to provide a very reasonable quote for my driveway, walkway, and house. I scheduled service on the spot! Unfortunately, I had to cancel the service due to a financial issue but Jimmy agreed to honor his quote throughout the summer! What a guy! Although our house was not as dirty as some Jimmy has cleaned in the past, our home was still thoroughly worked over and treated as if years of grime had built up. Jimmy seems to be a perfectionist and he would not move from a spot until he was satisfied with the results! As a matter of fact, you had done one of my neighbors houses a year earlier and he referred me to you. I’ve just recently moved to the Bartow area and this is the third vinyl house I’ve owned. So I have had my fair share of experience with pressure washing services and none came close to your quality of work. I also was pleased with the fact that you quoted me a flat out rate and did not try to charge me $10 for this, and $20 for that. You even went the extra mile and gave me a price break by having my house and driveway done at the same time.
